As part of this role, you will be part of the core operations team, responsible for managing daily mutual fund operations activity and make recommendations about enhancing operations processes. You will be coordinating with various entities like RTA, Payment Gateway, AMC and Clients for query resolution.

• Responsible for Transaction(Online MF) processing.
• Order file upload in fundsnet.
• Send debit file to payment gateway(PG).
• Upload reverse feed from RTA.
• Upload payment confirmation file from PG
• Send UTR reports to AMC
• Responsible for maintaining critical data.
• Issue list.
• Query handling of Clients.
• Follow up with concerned AMC/RTA/Payment gateway/IT in case of any issues.
• Preparation of Reconciliations reports(AUM, Order,Payment)
• Data entry to be completed and to be verified as per the agreed timelines.
• Responsible for publishing reports as per agreed timelines.
