QA Lead


About the Role:

We at Cybrilla have always been quality conscious in whatever we do. Our vision is to build quality products. As a QA Lead, You will help us set-up the test strategy and the best practices for the team.

Few responsibilities are listed below but will never be limited to that!

  • You will continuously design creative ways to break software and identify potential bugs.
  • Providing hands-on technical expertise - proper use of test management and automation
  • and manual testing techniques in appropriate cases.
  • Ensuring the Agile Teams implement and follow best practices to prevent defects
  • Presenting an aggregate view of testing to the high-level management
  • Support, mentoring, and professional development for testers
  • Being an escalation point for testers
  • Budgeting or forecasting for testing as a service dependent on organizational process
  • Be an advocate of QA throughout the organization
  • Help in recruitment of QAs and Automation Engineers

  • This role requires you to have a good blend of technical and business acumen.
  • A minimum of 5 years of testing complex web/mobile applications
  • Experience of working in an agile team
  • Experience of managing complex test data
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Enjoy working in Start-up culture!
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Self-starter who can stay focused and efficient.
  • Must have excellent articulation skills
